Returns & Exchanges

At Pelikamo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective coverings are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
